IOW Start of First World War Commemorations

There will be an evening Commemoration Service attended by the Lord Lieutenant, Major General MS White, at the Carisbrooke Castle Chapel, St. Nicholas-in-Castro, the Isle of Wight's main First World War Memorial. This service will mark the start of WW1 at 11.00pm on the 4th of August 1914.
